Package<\/h2>

Reservation<\/h3>

Payment of a booking fee for the packages of SEK 2,500 is made 14 days before departure. The remaining amount is paid when you return the bike. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before collection and then the booking fee will be refunded<\/p>

Travel guarantee<\/h3>

We have arranged a travel guarantee at Kammarkollegiet.
This means that you can receive compensation if your trip is canceled or interrupted if we should become insolvent.

Bicycle rental<\/h2>

Reservation<\/h3>

For bicycle rental only, the rent is paid in advance upon delivery of the bicycle. Upon delivery of the bicycle, a valid identity card must be presented and a contract signed. Sustainable Stella is responsible for leaving the bike in good condition.<\/p>

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that instructions regarding maintenance, maximum load, charging, etc. are followed and that the bicycle returns in good condition and that it is kept locked when it is left out of sight \/ reach.<\/p>

Cancellation<\/h3>

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before collection. In the event of no pick-up without cancellation of the electric bike, full rent will be charged. The cost is paid against the invoice.<\/p>

Return<\/h3>

The bike must be returned at the agreed time. The vehicle must be returned where it was picked up or by agreement. Agreed time that is not used is not reimbursed. Any damage, in addition to normal wear and tear, that has occurred on the vehicle, trailer or other equipment is compensated by tenants according to the Cycling and Sports Dealers’ Association’s guide price list. Any damage is reported when returning the bike. It is not permitted for the tenant to repair damaged \/ defective parts. If the product is not included in CSR’s target price list, the supplier’s target price list is applied. Ev. Labor cost is reimbursed with SEK 250 \/ h. The landlord assumes no liability whatsoever in the event of a person or clothing damage as possible. may occur during the rental period. In the event of late return, Sustainable Stella AB will charge the tenant SEK 500 (five hundred kronor) per started day in electric bicycle rent.<\/p>

Theft<\/h3>

Should a bicycle, cart or other equipment be stolen during the rental period, it will be reimbursed by the tenant at its full value. Normally, home insurance covers such.
